Your details and your choices

What we collect

Your email address, optional first name, the consent wording you accepted, your community-interest choice, the source of your sign-up, and sign-up and confirmation times. Confirmation and unsubscribe tokens are stored as hashes. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps limit automated abuse. You do not need to submit health details or reflections.

How we use it

After you confirm your email, we send one orientation and seven daily emails. The sequence includes an invitation to explore the Vital Health Roots book. Only people who separately choose community updates should receive occasional Vital Health Community news and founding-membership information.

Delivery and storage

The website uses Sites and Cloudflare to process and store sign-up records. Resend manages contacts, email delivery and the automated sequence. These services may process information outside Australia. We do not sell your details. Delivery services may record delivery, bounce, complaint and unsubscribe events.

Change your mind

The pathway unsubscribe link stops future Starter Path emails and withdraws the community-update permission given on this form. An email already in transit may still arrive. The email provider also offers its wider preference and unsubscribe controls.

Access and deletion

Contact Bruce to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask a privacy question. Consent and suppression records are retained while needed to manage this pathway and honour your choices. Unconfirmed sign-ups are not enrolled in the teaching sequence.
